The following rules apply to all reservations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Cancellation by the Customer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>More than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer:<\/strong><br>The customer may cancel and request a refund. A <strong>10% cancellation fee<\/strong> will be deducted from the total amount to cover administrative and transaction costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer:<\/strong><br>The booking is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>. The full amount will be charged, as the driver and vehicle have already been allocated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. No-Show<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer does not appear at the scheduled pick-up location and time without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a <strong>no-show<\/strong> and is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Modification of Booking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modifications requested <strong>more than 24 hours before the transfer<\/strong> may be accepted, subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modifications requested <strong>within 24 hours<\/strong> of the transfer may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with applicable fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation by SwissRyde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, for any reason beyond my control, I must cancel a transfer (e.g., force majeure, driver unavailability), the customer will receive a <strong>full refund of the amount paid<\/strong>, without any deductions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
